This mamoul mold is imported from Lebanon and is hand crafted from wood. Mamoul molds are individually carved so they may vary slightly in size and design. Chef Kamal has hand picked these molds to be used with his recipe. You may have to slightly reduce - or increase the size of the dough and filling to accommodate the mold. The round date molds vary slightly in size and are about 2-1/4 to 2-3/4 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch deep.
