A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
2. Q: What are my shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. In general, first class and priority mail are 1 to 3 days and the price is based on weight and distance. Parcel post is 2 to 8 days and the price is based on weight and distance. Express mail ships overnight to most locations and the price is based on weight and distance. Please keep in mind that weather can play a role in the delivery time of items at different times throughout the year and we can not assume liabilty due to inclement weather.
3. Q: What if I receive a homegood item and it is not what I was expecting?
A: We urge you to carefully review all items before final purchase. In most cases you can exchange the item you purchased with another or once the item is returned to us, we will give you a full refund. (Shipping is not included).
